The holidays are officially over but we’re still ready to gather and party with you to start the year with a fun-FILLED Feastivus!
We have a private space secured with tons of room that’s connected to a very affordable Mexican restaurant to order and eat all the things! (Do not bring outside food, it is not allowed unless we ask permission.)
We chose a location farther north of San Diego in Oceanside to be more accessible to the many that travel from the OC, Vegas, and Los Angeles. It’s about 8 minutes from the Oceanside Transit Center and a $12 uber from there for those taking public transit. 👍
Come play board games, socialize, sing and/or watch karaoke, maybe join in the gift swap, and of course eat up lots of yummy food. You choose your adventure! 🤩
Everyone is welcome as long as they are size positive and respectful of all sizes, shapes, genders, colors, and handicaps.
To attend you must send at least $5 for a ticket to RSVP and if you’d like to add more, that helps us a great deal to offset costs. To those who aren’t able yo make it and want to sponsor some extra belly filling snacks from the restaurant, that’s also welcome!
We have a karaoke machine and various games, but we encourage people to bring board games of their own as well. Please message me what you’ll bring and I’ll add it to the section below. 👍
Optional: Yankee Swap/White Elephant! Bring a wrapped gift in the $20-$30 range and everyone who participates will take home a gift as well. Not interested? That’s ok, it’s not mandatory.

What exactly will we be doing?
We will gather for a casual evening which will include hanging out, enjoying Mexican food, playing board games, singing a few karaoke songs and enjoying our gathered time together.

I don’t know anyone, can I still attend?
Indeed! Many people are first time meetup folks and have never met each other. You’ll find that most attendees are very friendly and aim for inclusivity. Also, if you’re extra shy, we can set you up with a meetup buddy who will help introduce you to others. Just ask us in advance.
Do I need to be on Feabie to attend?

Is this event only for fat folks?
This is a size positive meetup for all sized people. There is always a mix of fat folks, admirers, partners, friends, and family too.
Can I bring friends?
Yes, of course! As long as they are size positive and respectful, they are welcome. Just ensure that they buy a ticket as well.
How old do I need to be to attend and will there be beverages?
This event is an 18+ only event and 21+ if going to order adult beverages. (No Outside liquor is allowed at this event/venue.) You can order drinks and soft drinks directly from waiter staff. 👍
Is there an attendee limit?
Normally, yes. But this venue is massive and holds 150+ people! We will just gather in one section of the room.
Is this event accessible?
The event is accessible with access doors and ramps and has an ADA restroom.

Can I bring my pets?
We love your floofy friends but they’ll have to stay at home. Only service animals are allowed at this rental.
Is this location open to other customers or people outside our immediate group?
For this event, we have rented the venue privately for just our group to allow for it to be as safe a space as possible.
What is the seating like? Can I bring my own chair?
There are various chairs and we will be bringing some of our supersized friendly/sturdy/comfy and tested by fat folks 400-600lbs. However, if you’d rather bring something you know you’ll be comfortable in, by all means, please do so.
Can I smoke or vape?
There is no smoking or vaping allowed inside at this location. There is a large parking lot area for those wanting to step outside to smoke or vape. Please be respectful as some people have allergies.
Where can I park?
There is a huge FREE parking lot on property.
I’m not able to attend but would love to send tacos or a menu item or donate, is that allowed?
Absolutely! Others have done this in the past. You can either donate towards sponsoring some snacks, buying a board game, helping with rental cost or contact us to coordinate what you’d like to do. Thanks in advance!
